Health & Happiness
Looking for ways to get healthy and fit with your coworkers? We have an idea for you! The All Seasons Communications staff has committed to a ‘Health and Happiness’ day once a quarter. Each member of the staff is responsible for bringing a healthy food item from one of the following categories: breakfast, morning snack, lunch or afternoon snack. We enjoy the food items together, then in the afternoon we do an exercise—yoga, ‘deskercise,’ stretching, etc.
This is also a great way to discover new, healthy recipes!
